NO. 939 Twentieth Century Folk Art Environments (Thematic) -CHARLEY'S WORLD OF LOST ART - Charles Kasling began sculpturing near Andrade in 1967, and his creations now fill a site of approximately two and a half acres. His style, best described as eclectic, was inspired partly by his world travels with the U.S. Navy and partly by the desert terrain.

Notes

From the interstate 8, take the 186 south. Cross the first waterway then turn right (west) on the dirt road that runs along the water (about 0.6 miles). Turn left (south) on the dirt road that heads to the RV park. Keep going on the dirt road. You will pass a pet cemetery on your right. Keep going until you get to a clump of palm trees. Turn right (west) into another dirt path that is at the palm trees. The site is not visible from the main dirt road. it is hidden behind some brush.
